In the Cad area our Customers' different needs and requests are identified, creating patterns with the help of the most advanced softwares of the clothing industry.
Starting from a sketch or figure, an initial “relay leader” garment is created which will then be rejected and seen with the client for the first fitting.
At the end of the first phase, the cut of the order starts: the company adopts from manual cutting to automatic cutting to optimize the realization of the garment. In the production phase, professional employees supervise and verify all the phases and pay particular attention to quality and timing.
Before shipping to the customer, Plena carries out a final inspection and a total or sample check of the garments. Thus guaranteeing high quality standards to the market and exceptional products.
